- Apply on scalp - Massage 5 min - Keep it for 20 min (60 min - If it is flaks type) - Wash complete oil from scalp using mild shampoo
For complete cure: Do it continuously for 3-7 days (If it is flaks type use continuously until complete cure) After cure, use weekly once for maintenance.
Didnt make any difference for me, followed however it should be still no difference
